The acclaimed Ritz-Carlton, Bali has just launched this month a new and exciting menu for its beachfront restaurant, The Beach Grill.

Enhancing the quality of grilled dishes on the new menu is the Josper Grill Oven, which imparts a distinctly smoky flavor profile to high-quality meats and locally sourced, premium-grade seafood.

Masterfully blending the two contrasting ingredients, The Beach Grill’s brand-new menu presents a harmonious mix of land and sea in every dish.

From succulent Wagyu beef to tender lamb chops, each grilled dish is carefully prepared to highlight the quality of the ingredients.
