North Sumatra Governor Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution will provide incentives in the form of tax cuts to businesses in North Sumatra. The incentives are part of efforts to continue increasing investment growth in the province.

KIS Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Raghunath KR and AEP Group Mills and Engineering Head Shashi Kumar Govindan inaugurated the biomethane compressed natural gas (bio-CNG) project, a collaboration between KIS Group subsidiary PT KIS Biofuels Indonesia and Anglo Eastern Plantation (AEP) Group subsidiary PT Tasik Raja. It is the second bio-CNG project in Indonesia and the largest such factory in Southeast Asia.

PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) and PT ANHE Konstruksi Indonesia (ANHE) signed a cooperation agreement for the distribution of working capital financing worth US$ 12.2 million. The signing of the agreement was carried out by IIF Chief Investment Officer M. Ramadhan Harahap and ANHE President Director Zhou Yu Fei.
