XXI opens in Mimika Regency
December 4, 2024Nusantara Sejahtera Raya's Cinema XXI movie theater band officially opened its cinema on the 6th Floor of Diana Mall, Mimika Regency, Central Papua Province. The presence of this cinema is a form of entertainment that has been awaited by the Mimika community for a long time. JOEL fans also had the opportunity to watch the film "Kaka Bos" in two studios at once.
The grand opening of the XXI theatre coincided with the 20th anniversary of Diana Mall, attended by Mimika Regent Candidate number 1, Johannes Rettob because he was considered to have an important role in the presence of the cinema in Timika.
Rettob gave his appreciation on that occasion to Diana Mall which today also celebrated its 20th anniversary and held the grand opening of XXI.
"So this cinema is one of the entertainment investments in Timika that is very important for the community. XXI can be an alternative choice for people who want to be entertained and refreshed," said John.
John said that this cinema is the hope of the Mimika community for a long time which has finally come true. When he was in office, John opened up opportunities and made it easier for investors to enter Mimika.
"This [cinema] is one of the breakthroughs for investors to enter Mimika, followed by Pizza Hut, Mixue and many others. Licensing makes it easier to invest, especially providing benefits," he said.
"With the presence of this cinema, I am sure that in the future there will be more and more MSMEs growing and developing," he continued.
He said that on the occasion of the XXI grand opening, he was specially invited by Diana Mall.
"We, the big JOEL family, were also given the opportunity to watch in two studios at once. We saw that the cinema was quite good with adequate facilities. This means that the people of Mimika and I are happy," he said.
He hopes that the presence of this cinema can be enjoyed by the public and they no longer need to go to Jayapura and other cities just to watch in the cinema.
"This is one of the icons in Mimika, let's take good care of this facility," he said.
