When broken down by commodity, the industrial group is dominated by rubber and its processed products, which contributed 14.58 percent," he revealed on Oct. 1, 2024.

Agus conveyed that the largest contributor from the mining sector was oil and gas, which contributed 61.34 percent. Meanwhile, the betel nut commodity contributed the most among the agriculture sector at 1.98 percent.

"compared to the same period the previous year as of August 2024, general export transactions have increased in general. However, export transactions to several countries have [also] decreased. The decline occurred in exports to England, China, India, and South Korea," Agus concluded.
