Located 10 km from the city center, Lampu Satu Beach is a very worthy destination to visit. This beach in Merauke is like a paradise on earth because you will witness an amazing sunset.
2. Mandira Bamboo Park
This tourist attraction is relatively new as it just opened in 2018. As the name suggests, you will see various bamboo which could be used as spots to take photos at.
3. Lotus Garden

4. Yamai Atib Wildlife Park
This place is located in Merauke's Marine Street. You can visit this park to see animals native to Papua, such as cassowaries, kangaroos, and local deer.
5. Merauke-Sabang Zero Kilometer
Lastly, a must-visit spot in South Papua is the Merauke-Sabang Zero Kilometer. This location also serves as the border between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea.
