The Bromo Sunset Music and Culture cultural event was successfully held at the Seruni Point Glass Bridge Amphitheater in the Mount Bromo area of Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province on Apr. 19, 2025. The event, which combines the beauty of a mountain sunset panorama with traditional art performances, attracted thousands of visitors.

The public's overwhelming enthusiasm was in part due to the Bromo Glass Bridge being open free of charge to the public on the day of the event. Visitors were willing to queue for a long time to be able to cross the iconic bridge, as the number of people who are allowed to traverse the bridge at a time was limited according to its maximum load capacity.

"Even though I had to queue for a long time, I was happy to be able to see the sunset from the glass bridge. Moreover, there was traditional music and dance entertainment, so this experience was very memorable," said Hadikul Anam (25), a resident of Leces District, Probolinggo Regency.

The same thing was conveyed by Diah Putri Mayang Sari (25), a visitor from Lumajang Regency, East Java.

"The event was really cool. The songs were cool, and the traditional dances made me love local culture even more. Hopefully events like this will be held often," she said.

Pizza Dedi music group's performance, which performed popular Javanese and ethnic songs with contemporary arrangements, captivated the audience. The performance of the Gandrung Banyuwangi and Muksaning Kusuma dance arts further enriched the event.

As the peak of the show, the Roro Anteng Sukapura Art Studio presented the Roro Anteng and Joko Seger dance drama, which depicted the legend of the origins of the Tengger Tribe, providing a stunning ending for all visitors.
