The Zora, a premium residential area in the BSD City region developed by Sinar Mas Group subsidiary Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi keiretsu member Mitsubishi Corporation that straddles the cities of Tangerang and South Tangerang, has succeeded in achieving its sales target one year faster than planned through its latest cluster Kanade.

Launched in July 2023, the Kanade cluster has sold 99 percent of its stock. This success follows four previous clusters at The Zora, namely Keia, Kimora, Kazumi and Kiyomi, all which have sold out.

The Zora Head of Sales and Marketing Jeannie Kurniawan said that since its introduction in 2018, The Zora had been the first gateway to the development of BSD City in the western area, which has received a positive response from the premium property market in Indonesia.

A total of 522 housing units, plots and shop houses in The Zora area have been sold, with only five units of the Kanade Type 10 cluster still available. The Kanade Type 10 unit has a land area of 200 square meters (m2) and a building area of 358 m2, consisting of three floors and equipped with a rear garden that is connected to the living room on the second floor, creating a private green space that can be enjoyed at any time.

Kanade is the last residential cluster in The Zora area, designed using the concept of "Living in Harmony", by combining the best design, facilities and materials. The use of imported marble and low e-glass in building materials adds a luxurious impression while increasing energy efficiency, while all functional spaces in the Kanade cluster face the garden inside the house to provide a nature-centric impression.

At the same time, modern technology is also an integral part of every Kanade unit. Features such as home elevators, automatic garage doors, smart homes, CCTV and split ducts in several types of homes ensure that each home is not only beautiful to look at, but also provides optimal security and comfort.

The main facilities of The Zora BSD City can be found at the Samasana Club House, which is equipped with an onsen pool, semi outdoor pool, sauna, gym area, tennis & basketball court, skate park, lounge and open kitchen, offering an ideal place to relax and spend quality time together without having to leave the residential area.

The Zora is also equipped with five thematic gardens with Japanese nuances, namely Ohana, Nami, Hanabi, Hoshi and Kizuna Garden. Each garden is designed to provide a different experience, from a children's play area to a peaceful meditation area.

The Zora’s strategic location provides ease for residents in reaching business and shopping centers, such as West Park BSD, Foresta Business Loft BSD, The Breeze, QBig, Ararasa Mall, GrandLucky Superstore, AEON Mall, Rans Nusantara Besar, ITC BSD and EASTVARA Mall.
